This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the ss316 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the ss316 platform via our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using ss316.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ss316 as the platform operator. Continued use of this platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The ss316 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 or over. By registering an account, you confirm you meet this minimum age requirement and take full responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is allowed to hold only one registered account on the ss316 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. ss316 reserves the right to verify user identities at any time and may require additional verification documents before allowing deposit or withdrawal transactions.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ss316 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from password disclosure to third parties or unauthorized access to your account. You must notify ss316 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
- Passwords must be at least eight characters long and include a mix of letters and numbers.
- Do not share your login information with anyone.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared devices.
- Contact customer support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Ss316 users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any illegal activities, fraud, or market manipulation.
- Creating fake accounts or providing false information during registration or verification processes.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform without written permission from ss316.
- Engaging in any activity that compromises the integrity of games or the platform's betting systems.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers in ways that violate the stated bonus terms.
- Using the platform on behalf of another individual without valid written permission.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of accounts, and ss316 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation.
Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ss316 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment methods are valid and registered under their own name.
Minimum deposits and withdrawal limits depend on the payment method chosen and are subject to change. Current transaction limits will be displayed in your account at the time of the transaction.
Ss316 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transactions suspected of fraud or violating platform usage terms. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for deposits, to prevent money laundering.
In case of any transaction disputes, users must notify ss316 support within 30 days from the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be processed.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Ss316 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users when using this platform, including but not limited to lost funds, data, or business opportunities. ss316’s total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of the last deposit made by that user within 30 days prior to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ss316 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases, are the exclusive property of ss316 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from ss316.
Third-Party Links
The ss316 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. ss316 does not control these third-party sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, content, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments, and Legal Regulations
Account Suspension and Closure
Ss316 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time without prior notice if evidence of terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity is found. Users may also request account closure by contacting customer support. In cases of user-requested closure, any valid balances will be returned after verification is completed.
Terms Amendments
Ss316 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Users are encouraged to check this page regularly for updates. Continued use of the platform after amendments indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Malaysia.
